Elaine Eagle
Principal
Elaine has around 25 years of actuarial experience, two with the National Council on Compensation Insurance, eight in Foster Higgins' casualty actuarial practice, and the rest at CASCO. She is a founding member and minority owner of the firm. Elaine has worked with our health care and corporate clients since 1988, heading up valuation and special project work, and providing day-to-day consulting services to both large and small clients, including varying lines of coverage.
